These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by ImagineDownunder (“we”, “us”, “our”), including relocation advisory, itinerary planning, tours, consultations, digital products, and community access. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
ImagineDownunder provides relocation advisory and planning, visa pathway education (not immigration advice), housing guidance and neighbourhood insights, orientation tours and immersion experiences, employer introductions (without guaranteed placement), and digital guides and educational content.
Through Imagine Downunder Travel, we may assist with itinerary design, supplier coordination, and facilitating bookings. You may choose to complete travel bookings through our travel arm; however, all payments are made directly by you to the relevant third‑party suppliers using your own credit card. We do not act as a travel agent, merchant of record, ticket issuer, or financial intermediary. You are responsible for reviewing and accepting the terms, conditions, and policies of each supplier before payment.
ImagineDownunder is not a migration agent, lawyer, or financial advisor. All visa, immigration, and legal decisions must be made through a licensed professional. Any information we provide is general in nature and should not be relied upon as legal advice.
All fees must be paid in full prior to service delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are listed in AUD or USD depending on the service type. Payment confirms your booking and acceptance of these Terms. Digital products are non‑refundable once delivered.
Cancellations made more than seven days before a scheduled session may be rescheduled at no cost. Cancellations within seven days are non‑refundable.
Deposits are non‑refundable. Balance payments are refundable up to thirty days before the tour start date. No refunds are provided for no‑shows or late arrivals.
All digital products are final sale and non‑refundable once delivered.
You may choose to book travel arrangements through Imagine Downunder Travel. We assist with selecting suitable options, coordinating with suppliers, and facilitating the booking process. All travel bookings are completed using your own credit card, entered by you at the time of payment. We do not take payment on behalf of suppliers, do not store or process card details, and are not the merchant of record for any travel transaction.
You are responsible for reviewing and accepting all supplier terms, conditions, fare rules, change and cancellation policies, and inclusions before authorising payment. All flights, accommodation, tours, transport, insurance, and related services are provided by independent third‑party suppliers, and your contractual relationship is directly with those suppliers.
You remain responsible for your own visas, passports, travel insurance, documentation, and compliance with entry or travel requirements. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellations, delays, medical needs, supplier insolvency, and force majeure events. We may refuse participation in any activity if safety or compliance is at risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, delay, injury, damage, cost, or inconvenience arising from your use of our services or reliance on our information. This includes, without limitation, losses arising from decisions you make, changes in personal circumstances, or reliance on third‑party providers.
All travel‑related services—including flights, accommodation, tours, transport, insurance, and activities—are provided by independent third‑party suppliers. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, performance, policies, pricing, availability, or service quality of any supplier. All issues relating to travel bookings, including cancellations, schedule changes, delays, overbooking, service interruptions, or disputes, must be resolved directly with the supplier.
We are not liable for any event outside our control, including but not limited to weather events, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, border closures, strikes, civil unrest, supplier insolvency, or any other force majeure or “Act of God” event. You participate in tours, itineraries, and experiences at your own risk.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights under Australian Consumer Law where applicable.
We may introduce you to third‑party providers such as migration agents, real estate agents, employers, tour operators, or travel suppliers. These introductions are provided for convenience only. We do not guarantee outcomes and are not responsible for their actions, advice, performance, or suitability.
