💳 4. Payments & Fees: All fees must be paid in full prior to service delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.Prices are listed in AUD or USD depending on service type.Payment confirms your booking and acceptance of these Terms.Digital products are non‑refundable once delivered.

Refunds & Cancellations: 5.1 Advisory ServicesCancellations made more than 7 days before a session may be rescheduled at no cost.Cancellations within 7 days are non‑refundable.5.2 Tours & In‑Person ExperiencesDeposits are non‑refundable.Balance payments are refundable up to 30 days before the tour start date.No refunds for no‑shows or late arrivals.5.3 Digital ProductsAll digital products are final sale.
